All our prices are in AUD and exclude GST (Goods and Services Tax). The GST of 10% will be added to your order at the checkout stage.

Payment:
We accept payments by major credit cards Visa and MasterCard. We also accept Paypal, Cheque, Money Order and Direct Bank Deposit. Please note if you prefer to make payments by cheque or money order simply choose your items of interest and proceed to the checkout stage. Your order will be processed and packaged awaiting your cheque or money order through mail. Cheques are to be cleared first prior to goods being shipped.
Credit Card payments are processed securely using RapidSSL encryption 
Paypal payments are processed securely via the Paypal site; once payment has been made you will be redirected back to our site.
Online Ordering:
To order your items simply "click on the image first" and then input your preferred quantities in the corresponding colour/size field then click on the “Add to bag” button below the ordering box. You are then taken to your current shopping bag contents, you may continue to shop by clicking on "back to shopping" or you may proceed to "checkout" by clicking on "go to checkout". Items in your Shopping Bag remain there until checkout and may be viewed at any time to make changes such as adding or removing additional items. Please note that any changes you decide to make remember to always click on the “Update” button to save your changes. You will also be able to keep track of all your previous orders.
Shipping/Freight Costs (
All goods will be shipped from Melbourne, Australia by Australia Post or Courier.
Signature is required upon delivery. For Australian customers a flat shipping fee of $10.95 will be added to your order upon the checkout stage.

Charges will vary dependent upon the location of your Country and the size and weight of your order.

Asia Pacific (Postal): 3-7 Working days
Rest of World (Postal): 7-21 days

Important Information
Delivery - We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods, breakdowns, etc).
Product Descriptions - We take great care in presenting our products as accurately as possible, however, accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
Product Search - To locate a specific product simply insert the style code in the product search box, once inserting the style number click on "Go" or press enter on your key board.
Currency Conversion - For our international buyers all purchases will be charged in Australian dollars and converted by your bank into your own currency at the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Prior to purchasing we suggest you obtain a close price guide by converting your currency against the Australian dollar on http://www.xe.com/ucc (please copy and paste xe.com website details into your web browser).
Out of Stock - If there is a stock shortage on a particular item(s) the customer shall be notified and offered the choice to either exchange for another stock item or accept the quantity shortage. If exchanging, we will refund the difference in price (if applicable).
If accepting the quantity shortage the customer has the choice to either request a refund on the shortage amount or simply use the credit amount towards another stock item.
Some of the designs are only carried until stocks run out, and then are replaced with new designs. The website is updated daily but changes in stock occur hourly.
Returns Policy
It is important that you are happy with your purchases from Babydollbliss. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily exchange the item(s) or offer a credit for later use, this only applies to full priced items. The customer must notify Babydollbliss in writing or via the “Contact Us” page of the website, http://www.babydollbliss.com within fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice. In the event of an exchange, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or broken, we will first examine the item(s) and then determine whether it should be turned in as a claim. Returns will not be honored if merchandise is altered in any manner (eg: Physical abuse, improper application, misuse, etc). All returned goods must be in their original form of packaging.

Goods will not be accepted for returns unless prior arrangement and authorisation is obtained. Store Claims will only be considered within fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice. Customer claims via your store will need to present their receipt of purchase before any claim will be considered.
